The concept focuses on a modern architectural style with a clean layout and elegant blue tones to give a professional real estate brand look.

I designed it to emphasize the main details — company name, type of flats (2BHK/3BHK), and contact info — while maintaining visual harmony.

This project helped me practice typography balance, composition, and background blending techniques in Illustrator.
